Our complete re-sod package includes the following.

1. Thorough inspection of irrigation sysem.  We check for proper operation, coverage, and adjustments. 
2. We kill all vegetation in the area of new sod installation to insure weed control in new lawn.
3. We will select the St. Augustine Sod variety that will grow best in your yard!
4. Once your old lawn and weeds have died completely, we will remove and dispose of all debris in the area to be re-sodded.
5. At this point we will grade and smooth the areas for new sod installation.
6. We will now deliver St. Augustine sod that is guaranteed to be weed, disease, and insect free!
7. We will install your new St. Augustine sod within 24 hours of sod delivery.  As we install your new sod we will be sure to create beds with smooth and clean edges. 
8. All areas of your re-sod project will be cleaned up upon completion of new sod installation.
9. All of our sod is guaranteed to be weed, disease, and insect free upon installation.

All of this for only $0.85 per suare foot.
